I'm not talking about those uber-hippie wedding dresses that feature patchwork quilting or pictures of rabbits sharing a carrot under a tree. I just mean flowing, casual, natural wedding dresses (or just white dresses..doesn't need the "wedding" title) that aren't all poof or glitz. Any suggestions for websites? And please, no Davids Bridal or Alfred Angelo, etc. ThanksI just got my "hippie" sundress at Ross, for like 7 bucks on clearance. I saw it a couple of summers ago and I was like, "This is the dress I want to get married in." It's awesome- ankle-length, off-white, kind of one of those "broomstick skirts" that's supposed to be wrinkled on purpose. It's made out of some material that looks like cotton but it's not- it could even be hemp, actually, for all I know. I've always wanted to get married in a hippie sundress instead of a big poofy wedding dress, so when I saw this one, it was perfect. I'm wearing it with bare feet and daisies in my hair. AwesomeMy advice to you is to wait until spring, when all the stores start showing sundresses again. Really, any casual white or off-white sundress will work for a wedding, and if you get it ankle-length or longer, it will give off that cool hippie vibe. Just keep your eyes open at every store you visit, and it will find you. You will have to wait until the summer clothes come back again, though- like mid-March or so. I'm glad there's another girl on here who likes the idea of looking natural and free on her wedding day.
