Atlanta, GA (Vocus/PRWEB) January 14, 2011
There is no such thing as ordinary when it comes to wedding gown designs, and brides who attend The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta January show at 200 Peachtree in downtown Atlanta are in for a very special treat.
I am excited to announce that the suave and style-savvy director of bridal and special events for crystal/china leader Waterford Wedgwood, who has become one of the world's highly regarded and creative wedding gown designers, will be our special featured guest at The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta on January 30th, announced Donna Jakulski, President of The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta.
Cuban-born Perez draws inspiration from his grandmother, who sketched and created intricate gowns for family members for quinceaeras, weddings and other special events. Marked by a 1950.s Havana feel, and embellished with brilliant Swarovski crystals and other luxurious details, Perezs gowns have vintage appeal, along with a good dose of va-va-voom. While a see-through wedding dress might not be every girls cup of tea (served in Wedgwood china, of course), more than a few fashionable Atlanta brides are sure to be enticed by Perezs ruffled trains, sparkling bodices and lavish Latin flair.
Also just announced, A "Does Your Groom Measure Up?" contest with Star 94 Radio, Savvi Formalwear and the Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta. It's a chance for Brides to win their choice of five fantastic wedding gowns designed by Anya Bridal, either by visiting any Savvy Formalwear location prior to the show and being fitted for a tux, or by being among the first 200 Brides to enter the show at 200 Peachtree on Sunday, January 30th. Details are available on the Bridal Extravaganza web site or The Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta facebook page
"I am so thrilled to be able to feature such acclaimed designers," added Jakulski. "To be able to offer young couples such great prizes, and to have such notable vendor partners, including Savvi Formalwear, Anya Bridal, 200 Peachtree, Bold American Catering, About Going Places travel, featuring Karisma Resorts Grand Prize Honeymoon, Brides by Demetrios, Georgia Aquarium, Studio Wed, Wedding Angels Boutique and Winnie Couture Bridal Salon just to name a few."
