Since wedding or bridal showers bring together a group of people from different walks of life that may or may not know each other, it may be a bit awkward at first but having wedding shower games and activities available can be a great ice breaker.
Wedding or bridal showers have somewhat changed over the years, but the basic idea is still for friends and family to bring gifts for the bride and groom to help get their household of the ground. This can vary from food items, to kitchen gadgets to high-end linens and the couple makes it very easy for people to know what they want and need by registering for shower gifts at selected stores.
Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere from the beginning of the wedding shower can be a bit of a challenge for the hostess but fortunately in this day and age there are so many bridal shower games and activities available that can either be printed directly from your computer or purchased online and shipped directly to your home for not a lot of money.
It has also become quite acceptable to have couples showers which I think is a great idea since they are BOTH getting married after all! Many guys would not appreciate this though but there are even games available for couples as well. Instead of having a hen-shower, the couple and their friends can get together, open gifts and have fun at the same time.
Games like these force strangers to mingle and end up having a lot of fun with people they didnt know a minute before. You can get quite a variety of games that are mostly inexpensive and easy to understand, to some that are a bit more risqu if that is what you have in mind.
Some of the sites even have games that were submitted by previous brides or other customers and also have a rating system in place to easily determine the most popular games.
If you are indeed the person to plan a wedding or bridal shower anytime in the near future, you should definitely plan on including wedding shower games and activities and try and get some ideas beforehand to give you enough time to print the necessary materials that will guarantee a very special and fun wedding shower for all.

QUESTION:
What would be some good wedding shower games?
We are hosting a wedding shower and we want to play some games. What would be some good games to play?
Also what would be some good kid games for the party so they won't feel left out?-
ANSWER:
my favorite was filling in the blanks with fruits and vegetables.type it out and leave blank spaces, make copies.
dear (grooms name), my heart blanks for you,you are the blank of my eye. i would go blank off the bridge for you. we have planned our wedding, don't you blank at all how i feel. you don't seem to give a hill of blank.we blank after spending so much on our wedding, and i sure don't want to serve blank dogs at the reception. we are like two blank in a pod, but you make me go blank sometimes. now let's go on with our plans since we make such a great blank. i love you,(brides name)
answers...beets,apple,endive,carroty,beans,cantaloupe,corn,peas,bananas,pear
give them a certain amount of time and whoever gets the most first wins a prize.when each person comes in clip a clothes pin or them. the object is not to cross your legs. whenever someone catches you they will take your clothes pin. give a prize to the one with the most pins at end of party. the kids could also play.but i would keep their pin game separate from the adults.
have fun and best of luck to the bride and groom.

QUESTION:
Ideas for wedding shower games?
I am responsible for planning the games for an upcoming wedding shower. One game I would like to play is some form of Newlywed game. I have watched the new show for ideas of questions to ask. What I would like to do is video the groom answering questions and play it at the shower after we posed the questions to the bride. I have decided it would be wise to ask multiple answer questions, so the guests can play along. What has me stumped is how to give points for the questions. Anyone with any good ideas how to set-up this game?-
ANSWER:
Yes it is better that you ask multiple choice question and answer and then you give points to each choices by the near to nearest answer by the groom.
For example:
What season did you first kiss him/her?
a. spring b. summer c. autumn d. winterfor example he answered....summer
so the corresponding pts will be
b. summer 10
c. autumn 5
d. winter 3
a. spring 1

QUESTION:
What are some ideas for wedding shower games?-
ANSWER:
Some fun ones we had at my own wedding shower were:* Have a contest between 2 (or more) teams on who can make the best wedding gown out of toilet paper in a set amount of time
* Bridal Bingo (there are lots of templates available online)
* Print out a large photo of the groom, and have the girls "pin" things to his photo blindfolded -- this turned out to be quite hilarious, and we kept the resulting poster as a memento.

QUESTION:
Wedding shower games?
Does anyone know of any good wedding shower games to play? I'm planning my sister's shower now and I need some good ideas! Thanks!-
ANSWER:
My favorite shower gameAs each guest arrives, ask them to write on an index card their name, their least favorite household chore and the reason why they dislike it. "I hate _____ because __________."
Once you've collected all the cards, swap them around so that no one has their own.
Have everyone read the card they're given, replacing the name of the chore with the word "sex." Then everyone else tries to guess whose card it is and what the household chore actually was.
You can get some pretty funny responses.

QUESTION:
does anyone know any good wedding shower games?
i am having a money tree instead of gifts but to make the shower last more than 10 min i want to play a few games... any ideas?-
ANSWER:
*Trivia!*
Have some questions about the bride and or groom ready to be asked and see how many people "really" there about to be wed friend. (questions can include things like, how they met, what was the first job that the bride held... you get the idea)*Guess?*
Find or buy a cute container or bottle and fill it up with candy, or safety pins, or anything having to do with the wedding or shower. Make sure you know how many pieces are in it before you seal it up. Pass the bottle around and have the guests guess how many pieces are in it. Have them write on a piece of paper with their guess. Who ever is the closest, wins.*Wedding Dress*
Before the shower, purchase several rolls of white toilet paper. At the party, divide the guests into two or more groups of 3-5 people. Each group must choose a model for their wedding dress (mothers of the bride and/or groom work wonderfully). The goal is for each group to design and fashion a "wedding dress" out of toilet paper. Accessories are allowed (earrings, bouquets, trains, headpieces, wedding ring, etc.), but they must all be fashioned out of toilet paper. Once the groups are finished, the bride must pick the winner of the contest. This is my favorite bridal shower activity. And brides love this contest for the wonderful photo-memories it provides.*Changing gifts*
This one is way fun to play. We play this one at our Christmas Parties. But it can be just as fun for any party! You will need some floor space to play this one... get everyone in a circle and place some wrapped gifts in the center, usually a number less than the number of guests that arrive. Wrap them in all different size boxes, and colors and pretty them up with a bow or unique wrapping paper. The gifts should range from a really cheap joke or an inexpensive (like the anything less then .00 stores) to a few nicer gifts (bath beads, little picture frame ..etc.) Set a timer for about 10 minutes (longer if you have more then 15 guests). Start with the Bride-to-be. Give her a set of dice and tell her to roll them. If she gets doubles, she picks out a prize in the center of the circle. Then start passing the dice around the circle. Anyone that gets doubles may take a prize from the circle. Once all the prizes from the center are gone (this is where the FUN begins!) the guests can start to taking gifts from the other guests, when they roll doubles or "trade" with another guest. Keep passing the dice around until the timer goes off. Whoever has the gift at the end gets to keep it! It is funny to see what gift the guests start fighting over because of the shape/size of the box or even the wrapping paper. Nine times out of ten the guests end up fighting over that joke gift! ...NOTE... as you may have been able to guess, NONE of the gifts can be opened until the timer goes off at the end!*The Wedding is over*
Tell the guests and bride to pretend the wedding is over and it is the wedding night. The motel/cruise boat/etc. that the couple is staying in loses all electricity and the bride must prepare for her wedding night in complete darkness. Next blindfold the bride and hand her a suitcase. He must put on everything in the suitcase. Put items in it such as sunglasses, men's underwear, big bra, work gloves, or anything else that may bring a laugh. (She puts all this on over her clothes!) When she is done take a picture ...it's hilarious!*Touchy-Feely*
You can use paper or cloth bags, so that the guests are able to feel the item. Find about 10-15 common items around the house (i.e remote control, video tape, pen, tooth brush, etc.) and place the items in each bag. Pass the items around for the guests to feel. They're allowed to 15-30 seconds to hold the bag, then they must pass to the next guest. They should have a pen and paper to write down their guesses. The guest with the most correct answers wins.Music at Your Wedding on a BudgetMost people would agree that music is important at a wedding reception--or really any party. It sets the tone, helps mold the ambiance, and definitely a necessary ingredient for a night of dancing. Having music at your wedding can be costly. Whether you have live music or a DJ, you're going to have to spend good money. However, this doesn't have to preclude somebody on a tight budget from having music at their wedding. A little creativity and thinking outside the box can get you far in wedding planning. You don't have to spend tons of money to put on...
*Complete the sentence*
Each guest should receive a piece of paper with the following sentences that need to be completed. Time limit should only be 5 minutes.*Draw it*
Every person is handed a piece of paper, pen and a hard covered book. They are all instructed to put their names on the paper and then turn it over and put it on the book. Then they are to all put the books on their heads (with the clean side of the paper facing upward). They have to draw what the bride I will look like on her wedding day (making the drawing as detailed as they can- with a veil, jewelry, a train, etc.... Allow them 2 minutes to finish their drawings. Then they can take the book off their heads and look at their masterpieces, (It is a crack-up). Then hand all of the papers to the bride to vote on which one is the very best. Then turn the paper over to see who had drawn it. The bride can keep all of the drawings and look at them fondly over the years. Submitted by:Duane Lee Holden*Safety Pin*
It sounds super easy but it's not... you'll need: bag of rice, safety pins and a blind fold : Directions: fill a large mixing bowl half full with rice (long grain works best) mix in about 50 or so small to medium safety pins with blind fold on have each person try to grab as many pins they can in a 30 second time frame. It's amazing how competitive everyone gets...*The Groom*
Prior to the shower, someone contacts the groom and asks him a list of questions (about 10 or 15) about himself and the "intended" Be sure that whatever you ask him remains a secret so that the bride doesn't know ahead of time. Write out each question on a 3x5 index card and on the back write the grooms answers. Some types of questions can be:
1. What's the groom's favorite food?
2. If the groom were a superhero, who would he be?
3. What was the date of your first kiss, date?
4. Where did you go on your first date?
5. What animal would the groom compare you to? --Get creative!
At the shower, read the questions to the group. Each person writes down how many they think the bride will get right. To get the question right, the bride must match the groom's answer. Then ask the bride the questions, let her answer, then read them out loud. It's a lot of fun and can get very interesting.
Variation: For every answer the bride correctly gets, give her a Hershey's kiss, for everyone wrong give her a stick of chewing gum. Submitted by Amanda Maynard*Collage*
Separate the guests into several teams. Have an assortment of magazines (usually 3-5 per group), glue, scissors and an 11x14 piece of construction paper, for each team. Give each team a list of WORDS and or PICTURES (usually about 15 items of either or combination of both) of things that they need to find in their magazines that they need to glue to the paper. First team finished wins! Now what do you do with the collages?? Give them to the Bride to be of course! So when making up your "items" put a little fun in them like...."A man in jeans Butt" the word "Penis" the "Name of the Bride to be" (that one can be tough to find so they can cut out some letters for that one...that should be the HEADER of the paper) or perhaps you want to find words that describe the bride to be. The suggestions are endless! (PS; THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE BY FAR!)*Who knows the Bride Best*
....this is similar to one that I said earlier (trivia game) Only the Bride to be fills out an info sheet on herself (favorite food, restaurant, pet, place she wants to live ..etc.) she should have about 20 things. For example: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? What is your favorite place to eat lunch? Give the same questions to each guest and have them fill out what THEY think her answers would be. -----Got the idea?*Purse power*
This is a great game! Have all the guests have their purses in front of them for this game. Make a list (beforehand) of common and uncommon things that can be found in a woman's purse. Assign each item a point value. (hairbrush might be worth 2 points, lipstick 3 points/5 if it is red, mirror...etc.) Uncommon items should have a higher point value (lotion, staple remover....you get the idea!) Liven things up a bit and put down a condom and value that at 20 points! The list is endless and is great fun! Keep the items simple and not too uncommon or you may wind up with an unhappy guest who doesn't have anything but a wallet in her purse!!
VARIATION to this game might be: Have the BRIDE to be hold the "master" and let her decide what "item" should be found and the first person to present that item receives the points for that round. You will need a score keeper or let them keep their own.*Wedding Bingo*
(not this is NOT the traditional bingo game that you have to buy!) Make up some Blank Bingo Cards for each guest to fill in what they think the bride to be gifts will be. As the gifts are opened the guests mark off their "item" if they have it on their card. When the card is full they win a prize. (If no card is completed, give it to the person that marked off the most items)*Clothes Pins*
You start with a hanger with about 20 clothes pins on it. Each person gets a turn to get as many clothes pins off without dropping any and only using one hand to hold the hanger and the other hand to take the clothes pins off. When a clothes pin is dropped you count how many they got off and the person who gets the most pins wins.*Who am I?*
A perfect way to start a shower. Prepare ahead of time by writing the name of a famous person, singer, actor/actress on a 3x5 index card or piece of paper. As each guest arrives pin one of the "tags" on her back without her knowing her "secret identity". The task is for the guest to find out who she is by asking others questions which can only be answered with a yes or no. This is a great way for guests to get mingling right away so they can l

QUESTION:
wedding shower?
I'm looking for some good wedding shower games for a shower of 50 people anybody have any ideas.-
ANSWER:
I've always liked the game "How well do you know you husband to be?"where you ask the groom questions before the shower, and than ask the bride to guess what he said. It's really neat when you videotape the Groom's responses and play them for everyone. In one variation of this you have the bride stuff something in her mouth (marshmallow, piece of gum) for every question she gets wrong.Since you have so many people, wedding pictionary works well with a crowd. Also, you might play a get to know you game with a prize for whoever meets the most people in the shortest amount of time (one way to do this is to give everyone some beads and some hemp/string etc. you get one bead for every person you talk to, and the person with the most beads wins (we made key chains w/ this idea at my bridal shower).
Also if you have a fun theme (tea party, carnival, wine social, cooking party it helps to come up with games that will be individual and memorable (plus you can just put a spin on games that are well established).

I am helping to plan a wedding shower for the end of May and I would like to line up some clever games for everyone to play. I would be interested to learn some new ones. QUESTION:
what are some fun/clean wedding shower games?-
ANSWER:
At my shower we played a game called Who's Got It? The object of the game was to see who had what in their purse. Things were called like a breath mint, toothbruth, safety pin, lipstick, penny from the year I was born, penny from the year my husband was born, hairspray, etc. The best part was condoms when my mother in law (who was 68 at the time and certainly no reason to have them), pulled tons of condoms from her purse. It was really a good laugh, but was prearranged so that this would happen. Also another thing that we did were the guests were all asked to come up with something secret about the one that they knew (either hubby or I). Then the other guests had to figure out which one of us the secret was about. My hubby was there at the end of my shower to help with presents (we had a kitchen shower). We also played a game where both my hubby and I were asked 20 questions about the ourself. The other one then had to answer the questions right. Guests were asked to guess how many we would get right. Whoever guessed the right number won a prize.

QUESTION:
Interesting Wedding Shower Games
Something unique, not to difficult, and tasteful.-
ANSWER:
At my shower they did something cool. Out of the blue (about an hour into the shower) the bridesmaids took me out of the room and then I heard what they were doing. Everyone got a piece of paper to write down what they thought I was wearing. Everything from color, style, earrings, necklace, etc. Whoever got the closest won a prize. What was so interesting is it sounds like a stupid game, but NO ONE got everything right (and some people were SO off it was crazy!). Try it at home and just go in another room and ask someone what they think you're wearing. Bet they're very off!

QUESTION:
Games for wedding shower?
I need some games for a wedding shower I'm hosting. Any suggestions?-
ANSWER:
I have hosted some bridal showers, my sister and a close friend's shower, as well as attend. Here are some games I have played or seen done.1) Give each guest a balloon and see who can blow up the biggest or even who pops it first, yes it can be loud, but some what fun too. It is basically who can blow the fastest.
2) Bridal pictionary, separate into groups, draw things that are related to weddings and/or the bride
3) Box of recipes, when sending out the invites, put a recipe with the card and have each guest write down a recipe whether it be an old family or just a random one and then put it in a book for the bride.
4) This is more of a bride game, you pick four random objects (can be kitchen or household or anything else) and have her blind folded so she cant see what she is touching. Then have her describe what she has, she can touch, smell or even taste if she feels like it. You will get a kick out of what she might think it is to what it actually is.
5) This can be a door prize, you have each guest write down their wedding date or if single, their birthday date and whoever has the closes date to the wedding date wins.
6)You always got the old standby bridal bingo
7) Making a wedding bouquet out of toilet paper, divide each guest into teams to come up with one, best design wins
Another old stand by bridal crossword puzzles9) For an ice breaker, give each guest a close pin and then at the start give everyone three words, related to the bridal shower or how ever you want it, and throughout the shower whoever says one of those words loses their clothes pin, the one with the most at the end wins, it is almost like the "baby" game at a baby shower where you cant say baby.
10) This game is where the bride leaves the room and everyone has to write down 10-15 things about her. What she is wearing, hair-eye color, jewelery, shoes, socks (pending on what she wearing) whoever guesses the most wins.
I hope this helps. I know some of them are lame but its a wedding shower, they can be fun.

QUESTION:
At a wedding shower who get the prizes for games?
Does the person who wins the game get the prize, or does the person open the prize for the bride?-
ANSWER:
Gifts for the bride are opened later in private. First, you don't want to subject the generous guests to a public judgment of their wealth or taste. Second, it is dull, dull, dull to watch all that gift opening. Third, it is a strain on the bride to continue appearing delighted, gift after gift.We would have enough prizes so that every person got some sort of very low cost fun prize, and then have door prizes at the end of the night. A door prize is a raffle. That way, attendees might win a nice certificate for dinner in return for bringing some item for the bride.

QUESTION:
Is it okay to play games at a coed wedding shower?
Of course, we wouldn't play the silly, girly "make a bridal dress out of toilet paper" kind. But maybe Gift Bingo or something else young and fun? Any ideas?-
ANSWER:
Go for it, just take into consideration the age of the participants. Older guys are not going to want to play games, they are just getting used to going to showers, so incorporated things that might involve things like sports and tool trivia or card games. Men are competitive, so finding something that pits the guys against the women is good too.

QUESTION:
What are some games to play at a wedding shower?
I have a few in mind, but need some more ideas!-
ANSWER:
I went to a shower on Sunday, and they played a really cute game. They had the bride answer questions about the groom. (They had him answer the questions beforehand without her knowing.) Each time she got one wrong, she had to put a piece of Bubble Yum in her mouth. It was hilarious! They asked some obscure questions that she didn't know. Her answers were funny and it was funny to watch her try to chew all the gum at once.I also played a game where they played a 30 second snip it from a love song. You had to guess the title. That was pretty cute.
You could always do the "how well do you know the bride game" where your guests answer questions about the bride such as birthday, favorite food, and so on.
The key here is to keep it interesting. Women hate showers, and moreso, they hate the games at showers. Steer clear of the jumbled up word games or the crossword puzzle games. Not fun at all....
Good luck!!

QUESTION:
Games at a wedding shower?
My family is throwing my fiance and I a wedding shower. We decided not to have a bridal shower, we figured since it's both of our's wedding, not just mine, that we would have a Couple's Shower. Anyways, my question is, what kind of games could be played, especially something unique and not your traditionally played games? We have looked up some but we just keep getting games to play with the bride and we plan to change the rules and have him included. Any games, traditional and unique are welcome.
-
ANSWER:
It's somewhat traditional, but with a twist. Give everyone a piece of paper. You and your fiance walk around with a tray with household items on it, for example, whisk, magnet, garlic press, etc. Everyone will immediately think they're supposed to write down all the items on the tray. You and fiance leave the room, and have your hostess ask everyone to describe your outfits. They'll be so caught up in the tray, they won't even know what you're wearing. After they're done with that, if time permits, ask them to list the items on the tray (they've probably forgotten half of what they remembered before.) Kind of fun, I think.

QUESTION:
Wedding Shower Game Ideas?
My family is planning a wedding shower for me (not a "bridal" shower or bachelorette party just a nice household shower for friends and family)And we're kinda stumped for games, we've found a few online but I thought perhaps Id see what kind of games everyones played at wedding showers before
Also, please no links =) I just want opinions on some games youve played recently or seen played. Ive slowly making my way around the games lists Ive found from search engines.-
ANSWER:
Bridal Word Scramble - This is just taking words like wedding dress and scrambling up the letters. Make about 15 words and give guests 2 minutes to get as many right as possible. The one who gets the most right wins a prize. The Purse Game - Write out a list of items like lipstick, gum, receipt, etc. Make a point list for each of the items. The guest who has the most points wins.
How Well Do You Know The Bride - Make a list of questions like "What college did Susan attend". Have about 10 different questions. The guest who gets the most correct answers wins.
Also, try some ice breaker games or a game where one of the guests can win a door prize.

QUESTION:
I am suppose to help plan a wedding shower. does anybody know any games that we can play?
i have never even been to a wedding shower. so I dont even know what regular things you do at one is. And there is going to be some older family there and they are very big bible lovers so no nasty games please.-
ANSWER:
Buy a whole bunch of cheap toilet paper and pair everyone up. They have to take turns making wedding dresses for eachother out of the toilet paper. (By wrapping it around your clothes to make a top and skirt, tear off pieces and make toilet paper flowers to attach, draping peices over your head for a veil, stuff like that.) It's really fun! Then be sure to take pictures of everyone in their pretty new dresses! (The bride gets to pick whose dress is the best!)Another fun game is to ask the groom a whole bunch of questions about the bride and their relationship (Such as "what's the bride's favorite color? what did you do on your first date? How many kids do you want to have? What is the groom's favorite food? What superhero would he like to be? etc.) Write them all down and then ask the bride the same questions at the shower. The guests write down how many they think she will get right. See how many she can get right. If she gets one wrong she has to put a piece of chewing gum in her mouth, so if she gets a lot wrong, she's trying to talk with like 10 peices of gum in her mouth! It's really funny.

QUESTION:
games for a wedding shower?
PLEASE HELP! i've looked all over online. please dont tell me one of those stupid games where people cant say a word or else theyll get their clothes pin taken away from them. i need some more modern, unique and fresh ideas. i want this shower to be better than the usual boring ones.-
ANSWER:
At my bridal shower we divided everyone into equal teams and gave them 4 rolls of toilet paper....then they had 3 minutes to design the best wedding dress. The winning teams got gift cards as prizes.
It was so funny watching everyone scrabble around.Another one you can do is get a bunch of old magazines and have the teams build the perfect husband.....make it more difficult by making them only use one body part from each picture of a guy they find....
For a racier game.....you can write down everything the bride says when she opens her gifts...and then read them back to the group as the things she said/or will say during their "first time" together.....
Tell the guests and bride to pretend the wedding is over and it is the wedding night. The motel/cruise boat/etc. that the couple is staying in loses all electricity and the bride must prepare for her wedding night in complete darkness. Next blindfold the bride and hand her a suitcase. She must put on everything in the suitcase. Put items in it such as sunglasses, men's underwear, big bra, work gloves, or anything else that may bring a laugh. (She puts all this on over her clothes!) When she is done take a picture ...it's hilarious!
Hope that helps!

QUESTION:
Need classy, fun wedding shower game ideas?
I'm tired of the elementary school level wedding shower games like word scrambles, bingo and dressing the bride in TP. The shower websites are FULL of em (so none of those please)I would love any ideas for tasteful, fun, classy wedding shower games. I used to think games in general were maybe just tacky, but if they're the right kind, they can really make it fun. I just can't think of any.
I'm a fun gal who wants to do more than just mingle at my cousins shower. It's a SHOWER for heaven's sake...not just a ladies luncheon or cocktail party. I want to CELEBRATE her upcoming wedding in style!
Thanks!

ANSWER:
around here the party goes on a night out... someone sets a bunch of tasks and keeps things like cameras and the next mission notes behind the bar at random pubs, pictures have to be taken of the task as its being completed, and kept... so everyone is led on a basic wild goose chace lol. its really fun and the bride to be will always remember that night.....

QUESTION:
I'm going to a wedding shower tomorrow and need game ideas help!!!!?
We are playing wedding shower games and one of them is called Something Old Something New. You pick something old of the bride's like an old blanket or toy. Something new like her wedding dress, something borrowed(something the bride borrowed recently), and something blue of hers. You keep those items in mind and the party throwers write riddles or clues to hint to the other people at the shower what these items are.
So what i'm asking is for help coming up with the riddles/clues.
Our something old is a hankercheif.
Our something new is her wedding dress.
Our something borrowed is a pearl necklace.
Our something blue is an aquamarine and pearl anklet.
Please help me come up with these riddles ASAP!!
I meant pearl earrings not necklace sorry!-
ANSWER:
hankercheif
-Today its history is a symbol of a woman’s love for her chosen manwedding dress
-one used to have to be well off to afford such an opulent creation.pearl necklace
-IT symbolizes love, purity, virtue, spirituality and prosperity. It is believed wearing this on the wedding day would bring happiness to marriage... (not sure for this one)Anklet
-Dancers in the Pacific Rim islands often wore these with small shells and coins when they performed, for instance, to accentuate the rhythm of their dancing. In India, they were worn by unmarried women to call attention to their feet. Interestingly, in Islam a woman is forbidden from publicly wearing jewelry that is designed to attract male attention by making a sound, including them with charms and tiny bells on them.Well this is what I came up with...I hope this helps you out!

QUESTION:
Does anybody have any wedding shower game ideas?-
ANSWER:
we just played this one where they had made with constuction paper these big flowers( like a big circle with different colored petals glued around it) and on each petal they wrote a question, there was like 12 questions or so. then on another paper they gave you, they had a list of like 30 different kinds of flowers. every answer to the questions was one of the flowers, obviously you would pick from the list. and you would just write them down on a piece of paper. and the answers werent actually flowers but they sounded like them, like ex. Whos paying for the wedding...Poppy or What did "grooms name" say when he left after their first fight or something...forget me not.
anyway it takes some time, and some were really hard but it was really fun to play.
another one is the price is right game. have like 5 items from the store and you each have to price them all and add them up and the closest without going over the actual price wins.
then theres always asking the groom a list of questions and then asking her what he said as his answers, if she gets them right she gets a gift, if wrong you draw a name and they get one.
